Entry Requirements
For undergraduate courses:
Applications may be considered by those holding 高等学校 kōtōgakkō - Upper Secondary School Leaving Certificate. Some courses will require specific subjects and/or achieved higher grades within your qualification. Please refer to the individual course page on our website for further details.?
Admission to our undergraduate programmes can be made by those holding a relevant diploma or other recognised qualification such as GCE A Levels, International Baccalaureate, American High School Diploma with SAT’s or AP’s or other recognised qualification.
For postgraduate courses:
We will consider applications from students holding a good Bachelors degree from a recognised university.
Please note that the above is given for guidance only and that entry requirements will vary between courses. We may also be looking for a strong Statement of Purpose/Personal Statement, some work experience or specific subjects to have been studied at an advanced level. English Language Requirements
You should hold a recent English language qualification in order to be considered for study at Queen Margaret University.
Scholarships, Fees and Funding
QMU International Scholarships:
The University is pleased to offer a number of competitive scholarships of up to ?3,000 each for new international students undertaking their first year of study on an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. The scholarship is granted as a reduction of the tuition fee and is available to students who are self-funding with an international tuition fee of more than ?9,000 for a single year of study only.
