Nicola is the General Manager for Baxter Storey at QMU. Nicola manages the catering team, supporting in the delivery of exceptional food and retail offerings. Having worked at major venues in the UK including Hampden Park, St. James’ Park, Windsor Park, Hamilton Racecourse and The Open at Troon, she brings a wide and varied range of experience to our catering team. Nicola is committed to bringing you the best food and retail with the support of her fantastic team.
